Sport Rhythm Training
Rhythm is the foundation
of movement.
Rhythm is important in all movements that occur in sport. However, there is absolutely no way to learn specific rhythms in sports, and in fact, there are many cases where people do not even know what a sports rhythm is.
The word rhythm has so many meanings. Not only the rhythm used in the melodies of music we know, but also our breathing, our walking, running, sitting, and standing, and even the flow of time are governed by 'rhythm'.
In other words, freely controlling movement within the rhythm means creating 'fast and accurate' movements.
Sports rhythm training is a unique training program that enables the performance of all movements centered on rhythm.
